Shipping Time and Mode
Our hands are working non-stop to give you quality handmade products so please give us up to 1 to 3 working days for shipping if you reside within Metro Manila and 3 to 4 working days for Store Pick-up and Provincial.
Note: Customized Pop Art kit may take longer depending on the item/s purchased.
Shipping and Handling Cost
Shipping is calculated on a "per order", "per item", "per size" or "per kilo" basis and is based on the shipping option you select.
Delivery/Shipping Fee: Php 170 - Php 380, depending on item size and weight.
Disclaimer: Fees may increase up to Php 740 or more, due to distance and weight considerations - J&T shipping fees applies.
Store Pick-up Handling Fee: Php 50, for pick-up in 101 E. Aguinaldo Avenue., AFPOVAI, Taguig, 1630 Kalakhang Maynila. Note that the goods will be coming from our warehouse so kindly wait for the email confirming that it is ready at the store before scheduling your visit.
Return & Exchange Policy
Before sending out our product to the world, we make sure to properly check, pack and secure your orders. However, sometimes delivery mishaps are unavoidable. Transport can be tough especially in this hellish Manila traffic!
Unlike in stores, we will not accommodate refund and exchange for non-defective web shop orders in accordance to DTI Rules and Regulations.
We will only accept refund and exchange for web shop items provided that:
Products are clearly damaged before shipping.
Request for refund/exchange has been made within 5 business days after receiving your order.
Products remain unused and can be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Klaypel will shoulder shipping costs to and from your residence for faulty items to be exchanged. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Klaypel will not be held liable for any failure, delay, loss, and damage of products while in transit or for reasons not due to our error. No refund will be accommodated in these situations. We can accommodate return and exchange of the same item but shipping costs will be shouldered by client.
